Do you only work with veterinarians?

Nope! We support a range of animal-focused organizations—rescues, shelters, pet groomers, trainers, sanctuaries, and more. If you work with or for animals, we’d love to support you.

What if we already have an in-house receptionist?

We’re great as overflow support. We can catch calls when your team is busy, at lunch, or out sick—so you never miss a call or opportunity.

Can you answer texts as well as phone calls?

Yes! If your operations system supports text messaging, we can manage that channel just like we do with calls.

What hours do you cover?

We offer flexible scheduling during business hours based on your needs—from full-time coverage to just a few hours per week. Let us know your ideal setup during our intro call.

Is your team based in the U.S.?

Yes. Our receptionists live and work in the United States and are native English speakers. We prioritize warmth, clarity, and respectful communication with every caller.

Do I need to sign a long-term contract?

No long-term contracts. We offer monthly plans so you can scale up or down as your needs evolve.

What happens if you miss a call?

It’s rare, but if we do, we follow up quickly and notify you according to your preferences.

Can you return messages that are left after hours?

Yes! If you’d like us to return messages from clients left after hours so that your team can get straight to work when they arrive, we are happy to do that at the start of each day.

How long does setup take?

Setup usually takes 3–5 business days after our onboarding call, depending on the complexity of your protocols.

Can I customize the script?

Yes. We work with you to create a script and protocol that reflect your tone, values, and priorities. Updates are easy and always welcome.

How do you learn our specific protocols and preferences?

We onboard every client with a personalized setup call where we gather key details—like how you want us to answer the phone, what info to collect, and how to handle different types of calls. We also revise as we go—whenever you’d like to make updates.
